Sonal Mattoo is the Founder and Director of Helping Hands, bringing 30 years of legal expertise to the table. A graduate of The Lawrence School, Sanawar, and the National Law School of India University
(B.A. LL.B. Hons.), Sonal serves as an Independent Director on several public-listed company boards and advises multiple ethics and compliance committees. Her clients span various industries, including law firms, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aviation, banking, finance, education, consulting, publishing, insurance, automobiles, HR, technology, business enterprises, NGOs, manufacturing, retail, transportation, logistics, and telecommunications. Sonal loves to work—anytime, anywhere (probably even in her sleep). And if you value your well-being, never mess with her coffee!

Tarun Sharma, a graduate in History & Political Science from the University of Delhi, is the backbone of Helping Hands, seamlessly handling client relations and administrative duties. If there’s a task to be done, chances are he’s already on it. Beyond his official role, he’s the team's resident food tempter, introducing irresistible snacks we all pretend to resist.

Known as our walking-talking ATM (Always Trustworthy Manager) and the guardian of office secrets, Tarun’s legendary “trust me” holds more weight than a Swiss bank. On office trips, he takes on the role of a human GPS—though his accuracy is up for debate! From managing funds to keeping operations smooth, he ensures everything runs like clockwork.

Dr. Neha Sunil holds a PhD in women and child welfare and was a visiting researcher at the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. With
extensive experience in child protection, she has developed training materials and guidelines for various organizations. Neha is a key expert in child mental health, protection, and positive parenting, with published studies in reputable journals. At Helping Hands, she leads POCSO  research and investigations while supporting the POSH vertical. Neha
is the office peacekeeper—calmly solving food issues, planning get aways, resolving all disagreements, all while being a chaotic mess herself.

Deepak Mishra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is also a qualified lawyer. Before joining Helping Hands, Deepak worked in accounts within the manufacturing and real estate industries. Now, he oversees all accounts and financial operations here, making sure
everything adds up—both legally and numerically. Known for his wry sense of humour and impeccable discipline, Deepak brings the perfect mix of logic and sarcasm to the office, keeping things both efficient andentertaining.

Bhavya Bahl is a Legal Associate with Helping Hands and graduated from Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA with a B.A. LL.B in 2023. Specializing in investigations and report drafting for sexual harassment matters and corporate misconduct, she also works on policy drafting and legal precedent mapping for POSH and workplace harassment cases. But more importantly, Bhavya is a certified Chocophile, known for generously sharing her chocolate stash—unless its the last piece, in which case, may the best negotiator win.

Robin, our Chief Stress Buster, brings two years of invaluable life experience to Helping Hands. Operating entirely on his own schedule, usually aligned with snack breaks, he greets everyone with boundless enthusiasm, high-speed zoomies, and the occasional surprise lap invasion.

A true professional in discretion, Robin has sat in on confidential meetings without ever leaking a single detail. His resume includes elite-level napping, expertly timed cuddles, and an unshakable commitment to keeping morale high.

In his downtime, Robin ensures his presence is felt in video calls, often through impeccably timed barks. A daily reminder that the best therapy has four legs, a soft coat, and an endless supply of unconditional love.
